  Toby was my stylist. He gave me a fantastic perm. Not many stylists really understand how difficult my hair can be to perm. (Fine, wispy, gray, etc.) He did everything perfectly, and I walked out of the salon with the best perm I have had in years. Thank you Toby for a really good perm and cut.
